2. Our services
We provide roof damage evaluation, claim documentation, and coordination assistance to homeowners in Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas. Submitting a form or requesting an evaluation through the Site creates no obligation on either side: your evaluation is free, and any further work begins only after a separate written agreement is signed.
3. No legal or insurance advice
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. We are not a law firm and not a public adjusting firm unless expressly stated in a written agreement. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, insurance, tax, or construction advice, and no attorney–client or adjuster–client relationship is created by using the Site. 4. No guarantee of outcomes
Every insurance claim is different. Descriptions of past results, testimonials, or examples on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee approval, payment amounts, or timelines for your claim. Your policy terms, your carrier’s determination, and the facts of your loss control the outcome.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your property, and your loss.
- Confirm you are the property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Review your insurance policy and carrier communications directly — we assist, but you remain the policyholder.
- Use the Site lawfully: no scraping, no false submissions, no interference with the Site’s operation, and no use of the Site to harm others.
6. Communications & consent
By submitting your phone number or email through the Site, you consent to be contacted by Roofing Insurance Claims by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS or telling us directly; opting out does not affect service-related communications about an active request.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, graphics, logos, and photos are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or derivative use requires our prior written permission.
